While making granny squares, we sometimes get stuck, when the motif at the center is a circle but we want it to end up in a square. This post explains how to square a circle. You can use the instructions of the last row to increase the size of your square. The patterns for all the squares that I made were free patterns found online. The pink and orange flowers were made using the free pattern by A.B.McKenna at 6ichthusfish.
